55g protein, 67g carbs, 11g fat


200g 5% fat beef mince

5 sprays Frylight Olive Oil 

200ml tomato passata

1 red pepper

1 red onion

Handful of mushrooms

Dried coriander

50g spaghetti

Salt and pepper


  1. Add Frylight Olive Oil spray to an unheated pan before bringing to a medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped peppers, red onion, mushrooms and passata before reducing the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, bring water to boil and add the spaghetti for 6-8 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, garnish the bolognese with dried coriander and serve together.
