41g protein, 71g carbs, 30g fat


150g lamb mince (10% fat)

10 sprays Frylight Olive Oil

10 sprays Frylight Butter Flavour 

20g peeled potatoes

100ml semi-skimmed milk

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 red onion

½ chopped carrot

150ml beef stock

1 tbsp tomato purée

Salt and pepper


  1. Spray Frylight Olive Oil in an unheated pan, bring to a medium heat and add the mince. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the carrot, red onion, tomato purée, beef stock and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes until soft, then mash with Frylight Butter Flavour spray and semi-skimmed milk until smooth.
  4. Add the mince mixture to a roasting dish before adding the mashed potatoes on top.
  5. Grill for 5-15 minutes depending on preference.
