Graeme, better known as The Fitness Chef, has redeveloped ten of the UK's favourite meals including this classic English Fry Up. Saving over 400 calories with the help of a couple of simple swaps, this is an ideal way to start any day.

3 bacon medallions

2 chicken sausages

1 egg

30g mushrooms

1 tomato

20ml Frylight Olive Oil spray


  1. Preheat oven and add the chicken sausages to cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Add Frylight Olive Oil spray to an unheated pan. Bring to medium heat and add the partly-cooked chicken sausages, bacon, mushroom and tomato. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Finally, add the egg and cook for 3-5 minutes.
