200g 5% fat beef mince

10 sprays Frylight Rapeseed Oil

1 tbsp cumin

1 onion

200ml tomato passata

½ tin mixed beans

½ red pepper

125g cooked brown rice

Salt and pepper


  1. Spray an unheated pan with Frylight Rapeseed Oil before bringing to a medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cumin, tomato passata, mixed beans, onion and red pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.
  3. Reheat 125g (1/2 bag) rice and serve with chilli sauce.
