Graeme, better known as The Fitness Chef, has redeveloped ten of the UK's favourite meals including this Chicken Tikka Masala. Compared with the shop-bought alternative, this beautiful curry is packed full of flavour with significantly fewer calories.

150g chopped chicken

10 sprays Frylight Sunflower Oil spray

4 tbsp masala paste

100g tomato passata

½ red onion

3 cloves garlic

5 chopped cherry tomatoes

Fresh basil

½ red pepper

125g cooked basmati rice


  1. Add Frylight Sunflower Oil spray to an unheated pan. Bring to medium heat before adding chicken and cooking for 5 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat before adding masala paste, crushed garlic, red onion, cherry tomatoes, basil, red pepper and tomato passata. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Finally, reheat 125g microwaveable rice and serve with the chicken masala.
